At the Wake-Up Call (WUC), our mission is to help women rediscover their strength and redefine what fitness means by moving away from quick fixes and all-or-nothing mindsets.
We’re not your average group fitness program. The Wake-Up Call is comprised of two women with distinct fitness journeys, high expertise, and complementary modalities – coming together to bring you a customized, premium personal training experience within a small group.

Sherry Leon
Founder, COach & Wellness expert
Sherry is a globally trained fitness professional and 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher passionate about helping others move well and live fully. With certifications in personal training and pain-free performance, she blends strength, mobility, and mindfulness to guide clients toward safe, effective, and empowering movement.
Stephanie Bosada
Founder, COach & strength expert
Stephanie is a Certified Personal Trainer who helps women move with strength, confidence, and longevity. With advanced certifications in pre/postnatal fitness, upper body mastery, and foot mechanics, she blends science-based training with a supportive coaching style to help clients move pain-free, improve posture, and build lasting strength.
